10 min Ab Challenge

Type: Challenge

Muscle groups targeted: Abs

Equipment: None but a mat is recommended

Length: 10 minutes-ish


Levels (based on ACSM and NSCA guidelines)

Beginner: 30 sec per exercise, 1 set, 30 sec rest between exercises

Intermediate: 30 sec per exercise, 2 set, 30 sec rest between exercises

Advanced: 30 sec per exercise, 2 set, 10 sec rest between exercises


Today's workout is a quick ab challenge that is perfect on its own or to finish off a workout! Beginners can start out with one set and increase to multiple sets when feeling comfortable. All exercises have videos linked to help with ROM and confidence that you're getting the most out of the movement.
